Medical Services

  • SQ Fluid Administration-$45

  • Medication Administration (oral/topical/injection)-$40

  • Blood Pressure Reading-$65 (must be pre-arranged with your vet for me to use their equipment)

  • Medicated Bath (you provide medicated shampoo)

    • -Small (0-30#)-$45

    • -Medium (30-60#)-$50

    • -Large (60-100#)-$55

    • -X-tra large (100#+)-$65

  • Syringe Feeding-$40

  • Insulin Administration-$40

  • Blood Glucose Reading (you provide monitor and test strips)-$45

  • Medicated Ear Treatment-$40

  • Bandage Change- $55

  • Suture/Drain removal- $40

  • Bladder expression-$50

  • Wound Clip and Clean- $45

  • Pet Taxi services-to and from vet-$40 each way (additional fees may be added if long wait times at the vet)

  • Medical Consultation- $45 (teaching how to administer medications, set up fluids, post op care, wound treatment management, etc.)

  • Dog walking-  (I am currently not accepting any more regular dog walking clients , only occasional requests and no longer offering 1 hour walks)

  • -$35 for 30 minutes

  • -$40 for 45 minutes

  • (+$5 for each additional dog (max 2 dogs) or +$10 for difficult or reactive dogs)

  • Basic Drop In Pet Sitting (includes feeding, cleaning, play and/or brief walk for 1 pet)- additional fee of $5 for every additional pet and $5 for any pet on medication

  • 30 minutes-$35/visit (standard visitation time so please request for longer visits if needed)

  • 45 min-$40/visit

  • 60 min-$45/visit                

  • "Hourly Pet sitting"- $35/hr or $40/hr if medical case that needs medications (add $5 for each additional pet)

  • Overnight Pet Sitting-$140/day (+$5 for medications, +$5 per each additional pet- I no longer offer overnight sitting but my rate if I were to make an acception)

  • Day boarding-$50/day (limitations and restrictions so please inquire)

  • Overnight boarding- $65 a day (+$5/day if on any medications-limited availability so please inquire)

  • Flea treatment application-$35

  • Exotic pet boarding- starting at $45/day for 1 pet with no medications; add $5 per additional pet and $5-$10 if on medications or special medical care required)- NOTE: bird boarding not available at this time 

  • Basic Grooming and Bathing services....

  • Dog nail trims-

  • Small- Medium dogs (up to 60#)- $35/dog  (add $5 if difficult or aggressive, add $5 for dremel) 

  • Large-XL dogs (60#+)-$40 (add $5 if difficult or aggressive, add $5 for dremel)

  • Cat nail trim-$35 (add $5 if fractious or aggressive)

  • Rabbit/Guinea Pig nail trim- $35

  • Anal gland expression-$40

  • Non-medicated bath-

  • -Small (0-30#)-$40

  • -Medium (30-60#)- $45

  • -Large (60-100#)- $50

  • -X-tra Large (100+)- $55

  • Basic ear cleaning-$35 (depending if add on or only service)

  • Teeth brushing-$10 (if already there for other service otherwise minimal call fee applies)

  • Avian wing and nail trim-

  • $45 (combo)

  • $35 (wings only/nails only)

  • Feline lion cut-$65

  • Dematting/Grooming/Sani clip-

  • Base rate starts at $35 for up to 10 minutes or $15/each 10 minutes

Equine​ Services

Body Clipping/Grooming
(*Note: travel fees may apply)
Basic Drop-In Horse Care

  • Full body clip- $250

  • Hunter clip- $200 (Body with face, no legs)

  • Hunter clip-$185 (Body only, no legs/no face)

  • Trace clip-$170

  • Mane pulling/trimming- $40

  • Bathing- $35

  • Medicated bath- $55

  • Trimming Package Rate- $75

  • $75 includes trimming/pulling of mane, clip face/whiskers (if requested), ears (if able), legs

  • Add-on bath to trimming package above-$90

Important Horse Clipping Information:

  • **(All horses must be bathed, dry and kept clean with a sheet prior to clipping or additional fee of $25 will apply if clipping a dirty horse due to dulling of blades. PLEASE SCRUB THE TOP OF THE RUMP AND THE FRONT OF THE CANNON BONES WELL!!)

  • (*note: $10 travel fee applies for any travel 20-30 miles round trip, and $15 if over 30 miles round trip from my starting location in LIVE OAK. 

  • Additionally, difficult or dangerous horses, additional fee of $20 will apply)

  • For body clipping, trainer or owner must be present at least for the first time clipping

  • Owner or trainer must provide sedation if sedation is needed and a separate release form must be signed by owner

Feeding, cleaning, blanketing -

$40/visit (Santa Cruz proper <10 miles traveled)

$50/visit (Corralitos/ Watsonville areas >10 miles traveled)

  • Additional fees:

  • $5 for each additional horse/other pets

  • $5 for medication administration, $15 for doctoring/bandaging/wound cleaning

  • Note: visits are 30 minutes so additional fees for visits requested over 30 minutes (add $5 for every additional 15 minutes)

 

Exercising- (add-o​n fees to above base rate)

  • lunging-additional $10

  • Riding-additional $25

  • Turn out-additional $5
